Conveniently, Utah Ignite has taken down the web page about then Lt Governor Cox speaking at a luncheon on smart cities December 17, 2019. That page is archived here.
Cox's booth was a big spread right in the middle of the entry area of the exhibit room, and his people were serving hot dogs. Not everybody would take it the same way but it grossed ME out.
And after a barn-storming speech by Ron DeSantis that practically brought down the roof of the convention center, Cox's reception by the delegates was lukewarm at best.
